# Fair and POW Tokenomics

Vastlink is 100% fair launch and community driven. 

Contributors are working to earn tokens, it applies to everyone including the founding team.

For example, Johnny, the founder, does not have any initial allocation of tokens, he has been earning tokens by working on Vastlink in time and money, like everyone else, the only difference is that he started his contribution earlier.
